Huskaloo is the world’s 1st eco-friendly compact cat litter.
This natural, kinder product is soft on paws and contains no chemical or artificial odours. For one cat it provides weeks of natural, soft, super absorbent cat litter. The litter is 90% lighter and 90% smaller than clay litter and is therefore easier to lift and carry. Huskaloo is made from coconut husk, a renewable and sustainable raw material. The dehydrated compressed brick takes a minute to turn into a soft natural bed of litter. The cost to owners can be counted in pennies not pounds per day as each brick provides a weeks’ worth of litter for one average cat. All the packaging is 100% recyclable and the litter is also 100% compostable.

Add 8oz/227ml of warm water to rehydrate and start to decompress the brick. Wait 30 seconds. Important: Do not add any more water. 8oz is all that is required ro rehydrate the brick, and the litter will be soft and dry.

Break up the brick into a soft, dry bed of litter with your hands. Total prep time - a minute. One brick is enough for a normal-sized litter tray. For large trays, use two bricks.

Remove solids daily as with normal cat litter. For liquids, there are no clumps to remove. The individual coconut fibres absorb liquids and keep them locked away. Replace after seven days.

Very differentI thought this looks very different from other cat litter, the instructions were very easy to follow, it is more time consuming than pouring something from a bag, but it takes less time to clean the tray so that doesn't matter. My cat took to it straight away, my cat does go outside but he will use Huskaloo more than the old cat litter and it is less waste, easy to use, clean to dispose of and lasts longer than a week

Our cat is happy to use it nowOur cat is happy to use it now. It the beginning it was a bit scary for me that she will not be happy about the change, but. It looks like our cat is quite happy about the new product. New cat litter is working well against odour, its quite simple to allocate where cat did the thing, so we can clean it up. I am quite happy about the quality.

Eco friendly and space saverI was looking for eco friendly products for a while and finally found one!!
I have 2 cats and they love using them after 3 months. Very light and I have subscription for every 2 months deliver to my door. I order 8 bricks. Save planet, save money, save space and have a happy cats!! I was not sure about how to check poop but very easy! Highly recommend.
Hannah
Uses up only a small amount of spaceI like that Huskaloo uses up only a small amount of space versus bags of gravel. My cat wouldn't use it at first but although hesitant, used it just fine and there was no more odour noticeable than usual cat litter
Lisa Gough
Less odour and my diabetic cat transitioned really wellThere are alot less odour issues with Huskaloo than with the scented clay litter I use which
I found surprising. There is a bit of tracking but that is just because he’s medium long
haired and gets it stuck in his really furry paws but it was less than the clay litter and
seemed to be contained in the litter mat outside the tray
I really like the idea of this litter and my diabetic cat has transitioned to it really well and
finds it easier to use as its softer and doesn’t stick to his hocks as he suffers from the
plantigrade stance some diabetic cats do.
Emma Galvin
Stays fresh and clean for much longerMy cats adapted to this straight away, it is very good, no odour or mess and it stayed clean and fresh for much longer than the wood pellets do. I was really impressed and recommended it on facebook
Polly
Fabulous!Great small and convenient!
Most importantly my cat Franky loves it !
Kaycie Holmes
Nice, compact and saves a lot of spaceHuskaloo is compact and saves a lot of space. It has limited odour more than wood pellets do and it isn't messy so it doesn't get all on the floor. I have recommended it to friends and family
Marian Jones
No odour is a big bonusI have 3 cats that all prefer Huskaloo to their original litter. No odour at all, easy to scoop out when dirty. Only issue is the husk is light so when when the cats dig the husk comes out of the tray, leaving a mess, ow sorted by having a larger tray for the huskaloo and a mat underneath
Paula
I can manage on my own nowI have been using Huskaloo for several months now, I am elderly and so is my cat. We live in Wales where the landfill bin is only emptied once a month. I couldn't manage heavy litter any more. Huskaloo has changed my life, I can put solids in a bag for landfill but I put the used Huskaloo on my garden so I don't have any more heavy lifting
Rita Hunte
Super useful for busy peopleThe existing litter was wood chip pellets - it does not track. i found using the Huskaloo meant I didn't need to clean/change as much BUT their is more tracking than with the previous litter. Odour control is excellent however as is absorbency.
I have retained 1 packet to use on weeks when i am super busy as using it requires less intervention from myself (I normally scoop twice a day - removing the solids & sawdust the wood pellets create when wet)
Sue Cook
This isn't bulkyNot bulky like other litters, it's simple to use and the cats really like it. I have 2 three month old kittens who love to play in it. There is no odour from it but the kittens make a mess playing in it. I will definitely be changing to it though
Corrie Valentine
I think this is a great ideaHuskaloo controlled the odour better than the brand I was using. I also found it easier to clean. It absorbed the urine so when I was cleaning the tray looked unused. It kept my cats paws clean too so no litter was being dragged. It was used in the cat shed which hasn't got the best ventilation so that was a true test to the odour control and it worked very well.
I think its a great idea, and I really liked the product. It's better for the planet which is something we should all be trying harder with. One little change makes the world of difference. It really helped with odour control and I found it made cleaning the tray easier. I would buy this product in the future.
Lacey Walker
No issuesNo issues with odour. Easy to clean out. Only a little bit of litter comes out of the tray. Have noticed that my cat has stopped peeing on the sofa (she was doing this when she had wood pellets). Really soft and comfortable on her paws which was a concern of mine with the wood pellets and other litters.
Sarah Baldwin
What an amazing productI would give this 5+ stars although I cannot completely transition my cat from clay, now I can use Huskaloo for the main litter with just a thin layer of clay on the top. This controls odour and mess completely and means I can now change the tray every 2-3 weeks instead of weekly.
Holly Berkeley
Nice eco friendly alternative to store bought littersMy cats can usually make the trays quite smelly after a few days, however I thin that Huskaloo matches up with good name brands for maintaining freshness which I was sceptical about at first with it being all natural. This was very nicely surprising. I would highly recommend this as a nice eco friendly alternative to store bought litters, however for people with larger cat households I would just advise them to possibly purchase multiple packs or have 2 trays like I did.
Natalie Collcut
Would recommendHuskaloo is easy to use - just follow the instructions to rehydrate it and you get a fantastic soft litter that seems much more natural than most litters. The litter traps the odours and my cats seem happy with it
Lauren Trevarthen
Wow The lack of odours is amazing!I can't believe the reduced odours! We used to be constantly emptying the tray before! Now we just clear any urine and faeces when needed! Only problem is it is hard to see when there is urine. It's easy to use, the compacted bricks don't take up much space and are easy to store.
Kirstie Connor
Will be recommending it to clientsI am a veterinary nurse and we are looking to get some Huskaloo in our practice for use in cats with urinary issues who normally toilet outside, its so easy to keep and we can just rehydrate it as needed so keeping it is a lot cleaner than keeping a bag of soil. I will also be recommending it to clients who are advised to keep their cat in for a period of time.
Alison Gates
A very good productI think Huskaloo is a very good product, that is kind to cats and the environment. Nicely packaged with friendly information. A lot of thought has gone into producing the product for the animal and the environment
Alisha Grant
Very efficientI find the day to day use of Huskaloo very efficient. I find it doesn't go everywhere compared to the normal cat litter and doesn't leave a nasty smell. I couldn't smell the coconut, however I did find that it didn't carry a smell
Leanne Stannard
Amazing! My sister encouraged me to start the trial bricks as she had started using 2 bricks for her 3 cats and she loved it. My favourite part is the tidy up, it is so easy and no annoying cat litter all over the floor sticking to your feet and being dragged all over the house. The cats seem a lot happier too, with the softness on their paw pads
Hannah
Would recommend Huskaloo from and environmental angleI would recommend Huskaloo purely from an environmental angle, also I think for indoor cats it gives a sense of burying their poo like in the wild. Those are two pros. In terms of it being generally better at clumping / odour control I didn't see much of a difference
Emma Stannard
No SmellNo smell! I am absolutely delighted with it and have already emailed how to order more! Even with the tray being in the bathroom with the humidity it lasts so long and no odour.
When my cat leaves the litter tray there has been slight residue come off their paws but easily swept up and less mess than other litters
Kay Salmon
Bernard likes it!Even setting aside the environmental issues (which matter to us a lot) Bernard seems to like using it more than most other litters, and it does an amazing job of getting rid of the smell (probably helped by the fact that he is more successful at burying his poo in this than he has been in anything else we've tried so far).
Mae
Changing every 5 days is a reliefI would definitely recommend Huskaloo as changing every 5 days is a relief, I used to change the wood pellets every 2 - 3 days. I don't like using standard litter and my cats do not like the paper litter. I also like that Huskaloo can be composted and will be good for the soil in my garden
Donna Cross
Would definitely give Huskaloo a 5 star ratingDay to day using Huskaloo is brilliant. Less little clay bits sticking in my feet! Also definitely less dust which definitely helps my asthma. No nasty niffs either and clods of nasty litter
Maggie Wolska
I give this 5 out of 5 without hesitationDespite warm weather litter didn't smell, even with two male cats using it. We tidy up/clean it daily. It doesn't go all over the place with the cat, it's definitely better for their paws and hygiene
Laura O'Reilly
Well doneWhilst this product wasn't perfect for us I would have no hesitation in recommending this to our family and friends as 90% of our friends live in much larger homes and have a better solution for the cat litter tray i.e. have utility rooms
Julie Richardson
Definitely worth tryingSo far it's been good, can't get used to how light the tray is when I move it but I'm sure I will. The buddy scheme is a brilliant way to try the product as it costs nothing to try so not wasting money on litters that don't work very well. Having it delivered is great too, no more carrying heavy bags from the shop
Claire Calladine
Best litter we have usedWe had no odour issues with urine at all - in fact it was the best litter we have used. We changed it weekly and had no issues with pooling urine like we had with other litters. The absorbency is fantastic and didn't leave a trail like other litters. We use puppy mats under the litter tray and hardly any followed the cat out.
Huskaloo convert
Love the conceptI love the concept of Huskaloo, it is natural, seems kinder to her pretty little paws. The fact that there is no lugging large bags of cat litter is an additional bonus. It has been brilliant for tracking or should I say the lack of it.
Hayley Richards
Not suitable for use in a bathroomWe found Huskaloo unusable in our bathroom tray. It began to smell very bad after a couple of days, a strong smell of ammonia. The upstairs tray was tray was fine. Easy to use. Cats used it no problems and there was minimal tracking. The environment impacts how well it works!
Melon Sya
Reduced trackingOne of the biggest benefits I've noticed is the reduced tracking. With clay litter, I often found pieces stuck in my cat's paws, which would than be tracked all over my room. This was not only messy but also quite annoying to clean up constantly. However, with Huskaloo, this issue has significantly diminished. The coconut litter particles are lighter and don't seem to cling to my cat's paws in the same way, keeping my floors much cleaner.
As far as odour control, I find it comparable to clay litter, Huskaloo does a decent job of managing odours, keeping the litter box fresh for a similar duration as clay litter.
Martin Dempster
An easy 5*While I deal primarily with the cats and their litter tray shenanigans, my wife was impressed with not coming down to odours in the morning. I found that any smells were quickly neutralised and any debris carried out of the tray was minimal.
Huskaloo has removed two of the tings I detest about the necessity of a cat litter tray for indoor cats, which is the odour and being able to easily dispose of it
Leunah Linfitt
A little dubious at firstI was a little dubious at first; with how compact and light the brick was, I didn't see how it could fill a litter tray. But once it was moistened and broken up, I was impressed at how soft to the touch it was.
katie Paxton
We absolutely love HuskalooWe absolutely love Huskaloo! Odour?? There is next to none. The smell of cat wee is non existent in our house now. There is a slight ammonia scent that can be smelt but this is only really present around when the litter is due a change. Tracking is perhaps the same as our previous non-clumping litter but so much easier to sweep up and gives us peace of mind that we aren't accidentally scratching our floors or leaving dusty litter behind too.
Laura Cockroft
Impressed at the size and weightI was impressed by the size and weight. Having used all different types of litter over the years, the hardest thing for us is the difficulty in managing large, heavy sacks, especially as someone who is disables I have found Huskaloo reduces the tracking of litter around our living room dramatically. It also helps as our cat liked to play with the wood pellets and he cannot do that with Huskaloo. I also have not noticed any difference odour control but we do clean the litter tray very regularly.
Julia Kesicka
Positively surprisedI was positively surprised how small and light the parcel was. The main reason for ordering cat litter is the fact how heavy and inconvenient to carry most of the litters are. being abler to buy light and long-lasting litter at the store could be a game changer for some people
Eliz
Fab alternativeI had a 4 pack as part of the buddies scheme and the cat was happy immediately. It is much quieter than the wood pellets we had so less disturbance when he takes a midnight poop! We are converts and will be subscribing. I think two blocks might give a better bed of litter to soak up the pee, so will trial that when the order arrives.
Emily
WowzerAmazing! it lasts ages, the cats love it and it doesn't smell! I have a multi cat household so lots of litter trays and to be honest this is one of the best products. It is soft on the cats / kittens feet, there were no issues with using a new litter. It's super light, easy to use and has saved me from carrying heavy bags of litter, and even better it's all eco-friendly. Full marks from me and my fur kids
Evita
Safe for kittens (breeder)Huskaloo has the advantage of weight, safety for kittens, and that outweighs odour issues. Also giving one brick to each baby when they move to a new home is a great option. Cheaper and easier if compared to clay clumping
Maya
Cost effective and not harmful to catsHuskaloo is cost effective, I gave it 5 stars because although it only works for a few days with a large cat, for those few days it does a good job. It concealed the small more than the usual wood pellets we use.
Lexy and Orio
I liked the fact it could come through the letterboxTransitioning Orio was beyond easy, she went from wood pellet litter straight to Huskaloo
Saif Patel
Noticed the decrease in the smell of urineCan notice the decrease in the smell of urine. The coconuts hold absorb the smell much better and the home smells fresher for longer, normally, we use paper, but after 3 - 4 days the smell of wee is really strong. We have had the huskaloo for a whole week with 2 cats using it and can't smell any urine
Karen
I like this because I care so much about the environmentLike this product very much, found it easy to rehydrate, | like that it is lightweight and easy to store. The cats took to it straight away. 4 stars because I haven't worked through the cost yet, however there is a cost to the environment in using my normal litter
Caroline Paul
I'm missing HuskalooOur cat took to Huskaloo straight away. We've been really pleased with Huskaloo. It was really effective at masking odour. Initially I did think there was quite a lot scattered around the tray but having reverted to the paper based litter, I'm rather missing the Huskaloo.
My kids actually enjoyed making up the Huskaloo and were more willing to get involved with cleaning the litter tray in order to be able to make up the fresh litter.
Elizabeth Berger
Surprised at how compact the litter isI like that the litter is compostable and easy to dispose of in the garden waste. I like that it is low odour, and I do like the compactness of the bricks. I would recommend, particularly to anyone who doesn’t have the space to store the 30 L bags of wood chip litter that we bulk buy. However, I would appreciate the option to buy the litter fresh i.e. not dehydrated!
Lorraine Symes
Definitely recommend to allNo noticeable odour issues and easily swept up with a dustpan and brush around the immediate vicinity of the litter tray. Big bonus is there are no more trails of white bits from the utility to everywhere else around the house! So it doesn't stick to Duki's floofs or grinch feet which is a double bonus for him!
Grace Chamberlain
Good product, Good idea!Good product, good idea, good packaging and very informative. Loss of a star due to the difficulty of monitoring his urinary issues but other wise a great product for cats in general!! It isn't perfumed and is very similar to their natural habits and instincts.
Armeet Ghataora
No carrying heavy bags from the grocery storeIts great how little space it took up and meant not having to carry heavy bags of litter from the grocery store etc. Loosing just 1 star as I'm unable to find a way to keep it inside the litter tray
Michelle Yorkshire and cat Queen Bea
I really like this product– I really like this product. I added slowly so my cat didn't decide it wasn't for her and go to the loo elsewhere.
– I had no odour issues, I just changed at the end of the week.
– I really like how good it is for the environment and not putting into landfill.
– I like how the husk doesn't end up trailing on the floor (like clay cat litter and wood /paper pellets do)
Angela Pettifer
Cats liked itNo tracking or issues with odour. It's nice not having bits of fullers earth all over the hallway! Texture and colour makes it difficult to locate poops though, as they seem to blend right in. It feels like digging for buried treasure.
Akiko Ellis
Huskaloo is very light and compactI have been searching eco friendly cat litter for a long time. Huskaloo is very light and very compact. I was not sure about the colour because I may not see any issues with urinary. I've been trying so many litters and this product is low tracking (I am comparing with wood pellet). Litter does not stick to cats and I don't see any dark brown colour on my cat (white with pink paws) My cleaning time for cat litter is reduced now
Julie Owen
Good odour controlWe have been very pleased with the odour control. Our elderly cat has kidney problems and produces a lot of urine and rarely leaves the house now so is reliant on litter trays. The product seems to continue to expand as it absorbs the liquid and darkens, but neither of us has noticed any smell. I have stirred it a couple of times to mix in well used areas but still was not aware of the usual cat urine smell.
There has been very little tracking of the litter, especially compared to the spray and subsequent spread of the usual litter granules it is very much improved. What little that has tracked is easily seen and swept up with a small dustpan and brush.
Beverley
Very easy and surprised how much it expandedMy cat transitioned straight away, I found far less tracking, I just took out the lumps and gave the litter a shake. I was very impressed, I also like that it is lighter for me as I am finding litters so heavy as I am getting older
Abbie
ImpressedSo far my experience with using Huskaloo has been really positive. It is super easy to use, cat has been happy which is the no. 1 priority for me. Smell seems good and tracking is minimal so all round win and then a bonus that it is more environmentally friendly with packaging/ weight and disposal. I would have given it 5 stars but because the litter is dark brown it is more difficult to see the poops
linzeelostit (verified owner)
Just like outdoorsMy two love huskaloo. They enjoy raking it around the tray but seriously………..
It’s light but doesn’t trail and doesn’t fly out of the tray when the girls get serious with it. One brick lasts one week and there is no odour until about the sixth day (and then only when you are right over it). Easy to dispose of and doesn’t weigh a ton . For the girls it must be just like digging outside
Laura Robinson
Surprised how easy it wasI was really surprised how far one block went. I thought we had a large litter tray and it was more than enough. In regards to how long it will last, I find it harder to tell when it's wet due to the dark colour however understand to keep it natural it is going to be dark! I love how small the blocks start out as carrying 30 litres of wood pellets up the steps isn't my favourite things to do.
When first separated it gave of a very earthly 'muddy' smell however once it was in the box and in the corner where we usually keep litter I haven't noticed any smell. Finding it very easy to work with and was so pleased when my cat chose to use Huskaloo over her usual litter as soon as it was available!
Carol lavis
Easy changeHave a cat that is in early stages of asthma so was looking for a dust free alternative litter. Easy swap to huskaloo even if I didn't follow instruction to introduce gradually. ...just went for it and cay was fine with the change. Indoor cat so uses litter tray 100% of the time.
Definitely notice no smells
My cat does throw it around the room out-of the tray a lot but easy to sweep up
Love the eco friendliness of the product
Evita Naumenko
Great for kittensThe odour is more prominent if compared to the clay clumping litter we use, however the tracking is not bad at all. Huskaloo has the advantages of weight, safety for kittens and that outweighs the odour. Cheaper and easier if compared to clay cluming
Emily Bell
AMAZINGMet the lovely team from Huskaloo, and tried the litter, WOWZER - it lasts ages, the cats love it and it doesn’t smell! I have a multi cat household so lots of litter trays and to be honest this is one of the best products. It’s soft on the cats / kittens feet, there were no issues with using a new litter. No cat pee odour at all!Really pleased with this cat litter, very lightweight takes up no space to store. The odour control of the urine is by far the best. Doesn't track through the house. My cat Binx moved onto it from wood pellets and changed over no problem at all. Highly recommend
K
Cats liked itOK, so after a few days it started to smell of urine (gross) the next few blocks were exactly the same, so, I decided that I would just break the block up without rehydration. Brilliant when puss went peewee it stayed in a clump, so was able to take urine clump out, it lasted 5 days doing it this way , so all in all its a win win, easy to store. A little bit of smell - as with most litters. It's compositible which is fab. Will purchase more.

Love how easy this is to store and transportI’ve already posted on a couple of facebook groups. The main reason for my interest in Huskaloo is because we sail a very small wooden yacht (in Norfolk) and have just purchased a micro-caravan to tour the UK. Clawdia comes with us, so we needed something that didn’t take too much space and was easy to transport. We have very little space onboard the boat and in the caravan so space is at a premium and a big bag of normal litter didn’t make sense. We also had to transport that in the car and standard litter is space-thief when travelling. Huskaloo fits the bill perfectly. I love the fact I can take a couple of bricks for a week away, and they fit in my handbag!!!!! It’s a no brainer for us. We are working our way through our litter stock at home, I’ve saved my remaining Huskaloo for our travels and I’m sure it will be Huskaloo on our packing list from now on. We are about to embark on our first caravan trip at Easter so I’m interested to see how we fare. There are loads of people who travel with cats - its probably something you should investigate further. I’d be more than happy to recommend.
Clawdia: I shall tell all my neighbourhood kittens at my earliest “convenience”. Did you see what I did there? I’m funny, No?
Lisa Boski
2 old ladies and a grandad!!Having just completed 1st week using huskaloo, I've found that there is no issues from any of them the smell is reduced from what it was with wooden pellets. I think the only down side is it probably works out more expensive, as i have 2 very large cats and 1 small one so litter tray is ex large, 2 bricks isnt quite enough but happy to give it a good try. I'll try 2.5 bricks to see if it makes a difference.
Emily
I'll definitely give this litter another tryI was sent a box of this litter as part of the buddy scheme and trialled it in a two cat household. I changed one of the XL litter trays to Huskaloo, and the cats took to it without a problem (it's soft and has a neutral smell). For this very large litter tray, I used 2 blocks but 3 might have been more appropriate.
Pros:
Tracks less than other litters
No clay dust!
Very lightweight when disposing - lighter than other litters
Cons:
The colour makes it tricky to see poop
The smell of urine was much, much stronger than it is with other litters
I'll definitely give this litter another try and hopefully we'll find a solution for the smell as other users don't seem to have this problem.
Anne Blue Mickey Basil Pepper Chilli & Saffron.
Five stars for Huskaloo! This is an amazing alternative to clay or wood pellet litters. I have 2 cats and 4 kittens who absolutely love it. They moved from wood pellets to Huskaloo seamlessly.
It's incredibley absorbant lightweight and soft on little feet. It doesn't track all over the house or clump into concrete lumps making it the most hygienic litter solution I've come across. The huge upside for me in a multi cat household is it absorbs so well without the smell. The trays are much easier to clean now and it's environmentally friendly so easily disposed of in the garden or compost.
Maintenance of the litter trays is so easy now and I find the preparation of the new husk block quite therapeutic! The cats love the feel and softness of Huskaloo.
I can't recommend this product enough for hygiene, ease of use, storage and benefits to the environment.

That's not the image (of my Cat) that I meant to upload and I don't know how to delete it. Sorry!Bruce and I are really pleased with this product. He used it straight away when I ran out of my old litter, so my planned transistion did not happen. He seemed to be pretty happy with it. I love it as it's so much more environmentally friendly than other litters and it doesn't have to go to landfill! Imagine how much does! It's also much easier to transport. The rehydrating of it takes a few minutes but totally worth it for the rest of the benefits. I also soon got used to a tray of brown stuff in the house and it seems to last longer, if anything that my old stuff. When it needs emptied I can lose it in my garden which makes me very happy. Bruce and I would highly recommend!
Adele
AmazingAbsolutely love huskaloo and will be continuing to use it! No smell which is amazing. We’ve got two cats and found the smell of urine was constant with other cat litters, even with constant cleaning the smell just wouldn’t leave. With Huskaloo, we haven’t smelt a thing.
Very easy to use and light to dispose of!
Have already recommended it to friends 😁
Sue Darling
Good to use a waste productI like that is uses a waste product and that it is affordable. For some odd reason some cat litter seems to have doubled in price. Its heavy too so disposing it was taking up bin space where as Huskaloo is lite. Not sure I would put it on flower beds as its soaked in cat urine,!
Overall a good product, that my cats got used to immediately. Thank goodness!
ellenajennings (verified owner)
Fabulous productI really like Huskaloo and so do my cats. It's a great concept that beats other brands hands down. I'm not longer spending a fortune on candles to hide the smell. The price point is ok comparing it to a bag of other litter, which last for about a month. Four bricks should in theory last 4 weeks (my cat pees a lot). One brick is more than enough even for my cats large tray as I tried two but was a little too much. Maybe changing the plastic wrapping for cardboard might help. Overall I will definitely be buying again and recommending it! A big thumbs up from me 👍👍👍👍
Becky Roberts
Amazing stuff!!Love this cat litter as does my cat.
Handy size and easy to rehydrate. No smell of artificial cat litter and odours don’t happen.
Have already recommended it to everyone I know with cats.
This will be the only cat litter we’ll be using from now on 🤩
Fiona
Best litter ever!I have 2 indoor cats and have always struggled to find the “one” perfect litter. This by far is miles above the rest! There is no smell, Very easy to use, no mess and 2 small blocks is the same as me using a big bag of litter!
Very very happy and is now my permanent cat litter, 100% recommended!!
Lynda
A decent alternative to clay litterI like the environmental benefits and the size of the packaging. My cats were happy to use the litter, and I found it really easy to use. I did feel that there was a bit more smell than usual, and it did track more than our clay litter (2 long haired cats).
Megan
Cats liked it!I was skeptical at first especially when I saw the compact size of the packaging I wondered how on earth it would ever fill our litter tray, but to my surprise it works! It doesn’t smell as much as the wood litter we used but tracks a little bit more (but the difference isn’t enough to put me off). We mixed the two litters in one tray & used just huskaloo in a second tray & the cats didn’t seem to show a preference so it was a super easy transition!
Charlotte
Our cat LOVES this litterOur cat LOVES the litter, it's really nice and easy to sift through, and so easy to set up! The only downside we are currently facing is that because it's the same colour as her poo, it's sometimes a little bit hard to sort through. That being said, we LOVE the non-clumping aspect!

Not a fan of cats! Can I start by saying I am not a cat person or fan of cats…. My wife has 3 so me and the cats cohabit on sufferance.
One of the main issues I have with the cats is the smell of the litter- fresh litter is bad enough but once it’s been used for a few hours it’s awful! Your product has completely changed this- basically no scent at all- even after a few days… the environmental benefits are also a plus
I do wonder if the used husk is actually compostable- to save the
environment again
We did find it a bit weird initially adding water to make it expand- and got ourselves confused but worked it out in the end!
Took the cats a couple of days to work it out too but all good
Thank you, great product

The cats seal of approvalI was worried that my cat, Susan wouldn't like it as she is fussy, however she loves it as it is soft on her paws. I'm delighted that there doesn't seem to be any tracking. I also love the fact that it's environmentally friendly and It has a pleasant earthy smell like the garden after the rain.

Loved itBought some huskaloo for my 2 year old cat after trying out other brands. Out of the ones I have used it has been the best one! It minimized the amount of odour and was so easy to use that I do not think I will go back to a clumping litter again. My cat really took to huskaloo however I did have to mix in to make that initial swap but since then I've been able to use it without that. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an affordable litter that also works wonders on smell

Good for the PlanetI was interested to try this litter and liked the opportunity to use a natural plant by product rather than clay based litters. It is light to store and doesn't take up much room. I found it did not track around the house as much as corn / wood type litter. My cats seem to like it mixed with tofu litter, and it is more economical than tofu litter so helps me save a little money. Slight plant odour but I much prefer that to the unnatural scents often added to clay and silica type litters. Easy to reconstitute but follow the instructions and add exactly the specified amount of water for best result.

Fussy cat approved! Our lovely senior rescue cat Ruby is a very fussy toileter. She has a very sensitive stomach which we are now able to manage through a carefully curated diet (involving much trial and error!) but she is also a sensitive soul in general and struggled with the feel of traditional cat litter on her paws. This meant she had a tendency to not want to go any further into the tray than she had to, so would often put her feet JUST inside and then end up weeing or pooing over the edge onto the floor. She would also leap out very dramatically when done and spray bits of litter everywhere!! We were becoming a bit exhausted by the cleaning involved in this routine so I went on the hunt for a more natural-feeling litter to try her with, and came across Huskaloo. It has only been a few weeks but Ruby seems much happier! We initially put out a tray of Huskaloo next to her usual litter and she started using it straight away. It's so lightweight, easy to store and use - and I love that we can put it in our green waste bin/compost. Unfortunately though, Ruby is a house cat and so all of her toileting happens in her litter tray, so it sadly does not last the advertised 7 days without becoming damp and starting to smell. We get about 4-5 days from it which does mean it works out quite expensive compared with other options. I feel it may be worth the investment though if it continues to save us the effort of clearing up messy accidents and Ruby the stress of using her tray!

Amazing! We tried Huskaloo with our young kitten (15 wks). She was used to clay litter and we just made up another tray with Huskaloo next to it. She immediately used it and after a day or so, completely ignored the clay litter tray. It is much less smelly than any other cat litter. You also get a lot longer in between changes. We also love that after removing the poops, we can chuck it on the garden wildflower patch rather than in the bin. It is really easy to use and make up and saves carting round massive heavy bags from the supermarket. We absolutely love this product and would never go back to ordinary cat litter. The people who work here are also lovely to talk too should you need to. If you have a cat or a kitten, try it, you won't regret it!

Highly recommend!Perfect litter - cheaper and better for the environment than clay and wood litter. Didn't trail even though I have a long-haired cat and no odours for at least 5 days. Had to slowly introduce it to my cat but he loves it now as it is super soft and natural. Would recommend.

Fantastic stuffI was using wood pellets for my cat and she didn't like them really, since using this with the wood pellets as well (big litter tray) My cat Jazzy would rather use the litter tray than go outside! It's not as messy or as smelly. I change it every 4-5 days were as before I was having to change it every 1-2 days, Jazzy used to wee up the side of the litter box because the wood pellets were not soft enough for her 🐾. This is a win for me and very much recommend it to all cat owners who have an in between cat! Indoor and outdoor, mostly indoors. Thank you very much huskaloo!

An excellent alternative to the clay and wood based stuff!Having “waited”on Siamese moggies for over sixty years we have used so many types of clay and wood based products and suffered the usual smell and task of lugging heavy bags of used, (and unused) traditional cat litter to the dustbin, it came as very pleasant surprise to find a product that the cats like and is far superior, hence we use Huskaloo in preference to anything else, and will continue to do so, a great product!

Love thisI signed up as a buddy because I watched the video and care passionately about the environment. Sooty didn't like it much to start with but I kept mixing it with his clay litter and slowly reducing the amount of clay I added, it did take 4 weeks but he is very settled with using it now and I do feel much better that I am not contributing towards mining and destroying habitats in other parts of the world. I hope this product succeeds.

A Great ProductI followed the instructions and measured the water out and then poured it over the brick which then ran straight off it and only absorbed some of the water, I was then moving the block about to soak up the water. This block didn't break up as well as I would have liked. The 2nd block I poured the water in small amounts so that the block absorbed it better this time and waited slightly longer than it stated in the instructions. This block crumbled up nicely and filled the litter tray. Mungo had his other litter trays he could use and it took a couple of days for him to use the new Huskaloo. Now he uses it all the time for when he needs to pee. This stuff really does absorb a lot liquid and it helps to neutralise the smell. There is no transference out of the litter box like with the other cat litters. It takes up very little storage space. Yes it is slightly more expensive to use but the benefits outweigh the cost. Would definitely recommend giving it a go.

Wasn’t sure but I’m impressedThe girls were delighted with a new box to play with but when I put it in the tray they weren’t sure at first. I’ve got 2 Maine Coons so they’re larger ladies and I’d used the small tray as their large tray is a Britpet sieve system which wouldn’t work with this. They were soon using the Huskaloo quite happily. I totally recommend it as there is no smell after a week. As my girls would need two blocks for their large tray (without the sieve) it would out more expensive for me than the pellets, but my old lady Stripey would have loved this. Great product and I am seriously considering changing to it permanently even though it would be more costly as unlike the pellets I’m not finding it all over my flat. Great product 👍🏻

Cat litterI have used the litter and I am happy to say it is very good I have found it is easy to clean and it does not get smelly which is so important to me.
Sisi likes the litter she took to it within a day and I will be using huskaloo in the future.

Huskaloo convert! My Cat has a tendency to try and eat whatever Litter is available, so I migrated away from the heavy clay type litter,
then I started using the wood pellet style for more renewable/recycling/environmental reason,
and then tried the Huskaloo Coconut Husk - a revelation!
My cat still tries to eat some, but I'm not worried about that aspect!,
It's super absorbent, great when it comes to the fact I don't have to throw the whole lot away, only top-up when necessary,
its fantastic that an otherwise wasted by-product can become a sustainable material, its compact storage size and is very lightweight compared to other litters.

SurprisingI bought this with a healthy dose of scepticism after seeing a FB post. I must admit I messed up the first brick because I didn't follow the instructions. The second brick I did follow instructions, put a thin layer of the clay litter on top then showed it to Misty. She likes it - I like the environmental aspect and the potential savings so win - win - win

The best cat litter I have used.Huskaloo is brilliant. Being the summer, my cat spends a lot of time going outdoors. Although she has now started to go more often in her litter tray. Which she seems to be happy with. I have tried so many different cat litters over the years. I was not really happy with any others I tried. Straight away Huskaloo is great value. The disposal of it into a composter is so eco friendly. It's so much lighter than any I have tried before. There is no smell. No disposing of it into a bin. It tends to last more than a week as well. I definitely recommend Huskaloo as a better option.

The Best Cat Litter EVER!!!I can’t rate Huskaloo any better but I would give it 100/5 if I could. Our two cats (16 years old) took to it instantly. We did a little test and placed one litter tray with Huskaloo and one with their old litter and they completely avoided the old one. That was enough for me! On top of this there’s also all the wonderful eco reasons to love it and the fact that it doesn’t smell. Wish it had been around for 16 years! Total convert for us and for the cats. 🐈⬛🐈⬛

I would definitely recommendI have a 1 year old rescue cat and I'd previously used paper litter and wood nuggets but neither ticked all the boxes for me. I really liked Huskaloo though, firstly for it's sustainability credentials and secondly because it contained smells better than the other 2. However, it didn't last a full week of wees as I hoped and by day 4 it needed a full change out. But at the moment my cat doesn't spend much time outdoors so I expect this will improve the more he goes outside.
It was also much easier to separate the poo using Huskaloo compared to the others I'd used. My cat adapted to the change in litter type with no problems at all, and I personally actually really like the smell of the "fresh" rehydrated coconut husks! In all I prefer this over the others and I would definitely recommend.

Brilliant ProductFirst off, I LOVE the packaging! It's so compact and as each brick parcel should last so long having four bricks is fantastic! They take up so little space. If I was to store months of his normal litter it would take up quite a lot of space.
Very easy to use when following the directions and the correct water measurements, it dosnt take long at all.
Expands well and fills the tray, dosnt have a strong smell which is great.
Very soft to touch.
My cat was interested immediately and I mixed in some of his current litter. He used it as soon as I put his tray down! So far for us it's great.

Great litterI have three big litter boxes so need 5 blocks but a normal size box would need just one block each. One of my cats used it straight away the other two took a few hours but now they all use it. I like how light it is and how small it is. I like that there isn't any odour compared to wood. I started with clay and then loved the improvements especially the lack of dust with wood base but this is even better than wood. The only issue is preparing it as you need to work the water into the block. This isn't an issue for me but is for my partner (unless this is his excuse 🤣)

Cat's love it!It’s smaller and lighter to store than conventional litter. Much better odour control. Better for the planet. The cats seem to prefer it. They don't flick it out of the tray as much and don't shake their paws after using it. I can compost it rather than putting it in the bin. We love it and so do the cats. Possibly a bit too much! They both came in from the garden yesterday to use the tray instead of going outside as they normally do

Clean and efficient.Huskaloo is the best cat litter for me and my indoor cat. Easy to prepare from a compact block, lasts for about a week with normal use, no smells and no more cat litter being dragged through the house, nothing gets stuck to the cats paws like my old litter did. Best choice I have made and my cat loves it.
