Here at Huskaloo we want you to be happy with your purchase (and your cat of course!)
So, If you’re not happy with your purchase you can return it to us. As long as the product hasn’t been used and is in the same condition as when you bought it, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange or refund. Just let us know within 14 days of purchase by email – email@example.com, and then arrange, at your cost, the safe return of the item to: Tailor-Grace Limited, Offices 8 & 9 Burrough Court, Burrough on the Hill, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. LE14 2QS. Proof of purchase will be required.
Damaged or Defective product.
We hope you never receive a damaged or defective item from us, but if you do, our Huskaloo Team will jump into action and will be happy to organise a refund or exchange. You can contact the team by telephone (01621) 742828, or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org please help us to deal with your query quickly by providing us with your receipt and a brief description of the problem.
Once you’ve been in touch, we promise to work swiftly by arranging the best method for returning your item/s. We’ll of course cover the cost of returns and replacements on damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items.
If you do not accept your parcel upon delivery or miss the delivery attempts/do not collect from the depot as notified to you and subsequently the goods are returned to us, we will provide a refund for the products minus the delivery cost plus any further charges incurred as a result of your refusal.
Refunding your money
We’ll always return your money using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. Refunds can only be made once we have received and inspected the item in question, we aim to process refunds within 5 business days.
